We loved the seasonal farm-to-table menu! Next time, I’d prioritize a patio reservation to enjoy the mountain views outside. Here’s what we enjoyed: Drinks • Peach & Mint Sour: My husband’s favorite – refreshing and flavorful with egg whites. • Maple Old Fashioned: Good, but not as preferred as the sour. • Rose Sangria (Non-Alcoholic): ... Super refreshing and a great choice if you’re avoiding alcohol. Appetizers • Ricotta on Toast: A must-try! Very unique and delicious. Entrees • Basil Pesto Gnocchi: Cooked perfectly and a nice pairing with the short rib. • Bison Short Rib: Full of flavor with a delightful creamy and crunchy texture, thanks to the dukkah and chive purée. Wanted to have a good meal for our last night in Banff. This place did not disappoint. Great waitress, delicious food and good ambiance. You gotta try the ricotta toast, and the lemon dessert may not look appealing but it is quite refreshing post meal. Interesting vegetarian main dish of celery root. ... Unique flavour profile (and insert other polite phrases to describe food that you are ok not eating again). Would definitely come back to this place as we enjoyed 4/5 things we ordered. Read more

My boyfriend and I had the most enjoyable experience at the Bison Restaurant. The atmosphere on the upper deck was amazing- they had live music playing! Our food was more than perfect. We enjoyed the Bison Tartare for an appetizer as well as the ricotta on bread- both unforgettable. Food is always ... important but what makes a dining experience the best is service! I loved everything about this restaurant. Right from entering, the staff was friendly and welcoming. A very good cocktail and wine selection started our evening. Service was attentive yet unhurried. The food was delicious with well balanced flavours, each bite as tasty as the rest. Don’t miss the Lemon Posset ... with the wine pairing for dessert! Read more

Phenomenal experience. The service was exceptional, atmosphere was lovely and of course the food was fantastic. I wish I remembered our servers name but he was great. Very knowledgeable about the food and not pushy at all. The bison short rib was well worth the $63 price tag. Also had ... the bison pasta which was wonderful as well.
