Park Distillery Restaurant + Bar - Banff, Alberta

Great place to grab some food in the main part of downtown Banff. Plenty of seating both upstairs and downstairs. Nice selection of local beers in tap. You must try the spinach and four cheese dip. The burgers were very good and cooked just right. Recommend the Park or bacon ... and cheddar burger. Upgrade to truffle fries is worth it. Read more

Staff were awesome and very friendly especially Chloe who took a shinning to our 1 year old, the food was amazing and great recommendations by Chloe. The cocktails are just amazing, we picked 4 that have Park Distillery spirits and they were all delicious, so much so we went back ... the next day for more. We highly recommended you stop in and if you can’t stay they have the bottle shop for some takeaways, which we utilised as well. Read more

Great distillery located at the heart of Banff downtown! The foods taste good, the staff is good, the vibe is good, but the drinks are fabulous! Went there two times over a four-day stay in Banff, and will surely get back there any time visiting Banff! I tried Sawback both ... times and would have had more if I had chances! This is a fantastic distillery and restaurant. I sampled one of their in-house 6 year aged whiskey. Very smooth and drinkable with vanilla and spice notes. The highlight was the bison burger - it was really nicely charred and you could most definitely taste the coal and the game (in a ... good way). Finally, the club soda is over-bubbled. This is really excellent because most in-house club sodas are very weak. This one was a nice surprise in being quite strong. I'll be back. Read more

Great food and drinks! We had the ribs and the rotisserie chicken sandwich, with the smoked s'more and old fashioned ice cream for dessert. The s'more was average, everything else was fantastic. Really cool atmosphere and our waiter was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.
