Glad we stopped by! Some of the best pizza I've had! The staff was very friendly from the beginning (I believe Daniella was the host). Larissa was our waitress and she was great! They were even able to give us some diced chicken on the side for our ... 10 month old to also enjoy! We sat outside the first time and the fire they had going was a nice touch. Everything went so well we ended up coming back a different day and she (Larissa) remembered us! Although she wasn't our waitress then, our waiter Charles was also good! We sat inside the 2nd time and the experience was good as well! The bread bar they had was good! Nice variety of different breads and spread. Tender, juicy, crunchy chicken wings were delicious😋! So were the Primavera flat bread, cream of mushroom soup, chicken pasta and complimentary fresh bread and pestos. Mr. Levi was pleasant. The ambience is also nice with high ceilings. Their bathrooms are impressive!

Our visit to Pacini Restaurant in Banff was quite disappointing. The most amusing part was their “bread bar,” where you can grill your own piece of cheap white bread on a dirty communal grill. It was an odd experience and not something we'd ever seen before. The menu had an overwhelming ... number of options, which usually isn’t a good sign. As expected, the food was not great. The feta on the pizza tasted off and was barely there. The seafood pasta was bland and overcooked, and the tartare was only saved by the chips that came with it. While the prices are competitive, the experience felt cheap. Our waiter was friendly, but that didn’t make up for the lackluster meal. The decor is outdated and needs a serious makeover. If you're staying at the Moose Hotel, you might end up here, but don't expect a fine dining experience. Management should either lower the prices or improve the menu and decor. And seriously, the bread bar needs to go. I wouldn’t recommend Pacini to anyone looking for a good meal in Banff. Read more

It was my first time to celebrate my birthday and I was so surprised the service was Excellent very professional & all staffs are friendly, The foods are delicious and super wow it’s huge and a lot! My guests loved it too! Bread Bar was amazing so many selections and ... fresh. Pacini Banff is very clean and friendly environment. The bread bar was fantastic and novel. Good selection of breads and shoes to grill at your leisure. Service was flawless. The food portions are very large so we couldn't finish them. We had the traditional lasagna and the seafood linguine. I found the lasagna very salty and less meat than I ... expected. Overall a great restaurant and conveniently located in the hotel. Read more
