Really great food and great service! There are a lot of stairs so it can be hard for people with mobility challenges to enter. The washrooms could use an upgrade, otherwise it was a great meal. The prices may seem a bit high, but the portions are large

We came here twice during our 3 night stay in Banff. We had the most incredible weather so the first time we were on the roof terrace for drinks and views. The next night the terrace was closed so went inside there are lots of window seats so had the benefit ... of the lovely evening sunshine and watching the world go by to great music. We shared a fish and chips which was lovely, best coleslaw I've had! Our server was great and I tried a ceasar for the first time, decided I'd prefer it more muddy! A band came on at 10pm which got folk up dancing but wasn't quite to our taste so left after a few songs. Read more

Had a wonderful last lunch in Banff here. Legitimately the best poutine we had during our visit. We also had the French onion soup, half salad, and fish and chips. I took probably a hundred bites of the salad, and the bowl was so full, I never saw the bottom. ... The fish was delightfully crispy. Our service was prompt and attentive, without being overbearing. It is a pub, but very spacious, and they were rocking all the hits from the early 2000s, so we had a great time! Read more

Went here with some friends and it was a great place to pregame. We went on a Saturday so you can imagine that it was busy. They had live music which was great and the crowd was really enjoying it as well! They also have a side that is quieter ... (so you can converse). The only downside is that on this side there’s a pool table near the bar so you do have to be cautious other wise you could possibly get jabbed with one of the sticks. I've been trying to be reflecting really well on places when I do reviews. I wouldn't give 5 starts unless the experience seemed to be exceptional. So, her it was just OK, took servers long time to come to us. Food was normally good, prices are always on the high side, I mean ... of course, it is Banff.
