Domino’s Pizza - Amherstburg, Ontario

I get pizza every Saturday night, and I always get my food fresh and delivered within 20-30 minutes (excluding Sundays but I get business is slower then)

@5p ordered a large pizza w onions, green peps and banana peppers. My family and I haven’t had Dominos in years so we were excited to try them. Well we could’ve gone several more years w/o a dominos pizza after biting into these underwhelming slices! The pizza was cold as ... if it had been an order someone else abandoned! We were in the lot when we placed the order after being told it would be 15min we decided to stay close by. So there’s no reason the pizza should have been “under room temp” I don’t know if it’s this particular location but it’s safe to say we won’t return. Extremely disappointed! Waste of money! We could have gone to 7/11 and received a more quality slice of pizza! Read more

Poor service. One time my pizza wasn’t cut. Another time they made my order wrong and forgot the dipping sauce. I can go on. I wish they would work on their English a little bit more that goes for a lot of fast food joints nowadays

Was hoping to get a pizza after work and I'm going without dinner cause they can't deliver but I can pick it up. Had I known that was the case I would have just stopped at McDonald's on way home.They only have one driver and he has other orders to ... deliver. I am so fed up with the service that here. Always an issue they don't have the crust, they forget to put on a topping, pizza is cold or they don't want to come in building up the stairs to my apartment they want me to go out and get it. March 3rd 2024 evening . They ran out of chicken, so I had to substitute two pizzas with a regular non premium topping as I was ordering two of their feast pizzas. You'd think considering chicken is premium, that the substitute topping would be applied in adequate proportions but there ... was very little pepperoni and ham added. The feast pizzas were much thinner than normal, perhaps due to the sale that was ongoing however that has not always been our experience. Normally we love the feast pizzas, however I would not order again if what we received last order were the norm.
