Our visit to Artisan was amazing. The food was great as always and the service outstanding. Jenna our server was pleasant and friendly. Actually we forgot our 4yr old grand daughters glasses there. While walking in the park across the street after dinner Jenna came running with the glasses. Will definitely be back! Service and food was 10/10. I am so grateful for the great service we received in person and over the phone. We booked dinner reservations for 12 people for a bachelorette dinner. Unfortunately, our limo bus was one hour late to pick us up. They kept ... the kitchen open late and accommodated us even if we were one hour late for a reservation and arrived when the kitchen closed. The restaurant itself was a lovely feel. The atmosphere was perfect. The wait staff were very nice. Our disappointment were our steaks. My husband and I ordered the 7 oz. Sirloin and we found they were very tough. They were cooked perfectly (pink inside). ... It was just the quality of steak was not as good as it could have been. The chef did a great job on the entire meal and it is not his fault the quality of steak was not up to par. I never leave a bad review but perhaps this will help Artisan in finding a better quality beef. Read more
