Papa John’s Pizza - Ajax, Ontario

June 2/24 12:30 AM my pizza was delivered and it was evident that the pizza had been dropped. Customer service around this was atrocious! I waited all day for a call and turns out they forgot about me. When I asked for the title and name of ... the person I was dealing with they wouldn't give it. There's more issues. First of all customer service at the Ajax location is terrible. Called about my uber delivery that was wrong and they told me to contact uber ans hung up on me! Unfortunately I have to give them 1 star in order to write this review. Now let's get to the ... reason for this review. I was my daughter birthday and she wanted pizza, decided to order from here for the first time. Pizza came on time. The pizza was cold stale, the meat was crusty and old. I ordered a 16inch and received almost a 14inch. What a waste of my money. I work hard for my money. When I spend my money I should be able to enjoy what I used it for. I didn't know Papa John's was in to robbing their customers. Do yourself a favor and never order from them. Read more
