It’s just meh, the store smells old and stale, not like a fresh doughnut bakery. Lady at the front desk was passive and unpleasant. Doughnut was not great just taste like Tim’s quality.

This place was a great place before COVID, with the previous owners. Now, it closes at 5. It's a donut store it should stay open longer than that, and they always have nothing left. On many occasions, I have come in on a Saturday at 2 pm and ... nothing is left. There is still 3 hours left of being open and nothing is left. Ridiculous!! When you call to voice your views, the owner has nothing but excuses. Very disappointing!! The previous owners were open until 7 and always offered 1/2 priced donuts 1 hr before closing. Anytime I come by, there are no donuts left. I’m hoping it’s because they sell out, but I’ve visited more than once and the inventory was minimal to nothing. I’d love to try the donuts as many people seem to review them highly. I must have visited at times where ... they sold out. I’d happily change my review rating as soon as I can try their donuts. Pretty great donuts. The muffins are huge for the price and the extra crunch was a delicious surprise. Their coffee is smooth, doesn't have a bitter after taste. And the customer service is great. Would recommend.
