I have been a customer for the last 20 years. Great place for a satisfying meal that is reasonably priced (especially with a coupon). Took my kids to lunch and didn't have the best experience. Our order was incorrect. My son asked for Buffalo chicken fingers and got regular ones. They fixed it but made it sound like they were doing us a favour. Also my daughter ordered a ... kids cheeseburger combo and it had a half slice of cheese on it. We've ordered the same thing before and have always got a normal slice of cheese....also your advertising pictures show a full slice on the all the burgers. Finally, I asked for mayo on the side and had to once again get up and ask for it after we sat down already (after getting up multiple times to fix the other errors). Ordered a burger for my child and got a patty covered in sauce with no buns in a box … I called to complain because in my order I specifically put white bun and this is the mess I received.. I called 5-6 times during operating hours and no one ... answered the phone. Which only shows me how irresponsible the employees they have working at this location are.
