Shamrock Burgers - Ajax, Ontario

Have been to this location many times. The homeburger is made fresh, and is huge, and tastes good. Tons of toppings to customize your burger to make it a unique experience. The regular burger is a frozen patty shipped in from whatever supplier they use - nothing special. The fries ... aren't great - they aren't fresh cut in store (if they are, I apologize, but having worked restaurants for a long time, you can tell). My issue with this place is the pricing. So so so expensive for a burger joint. Everything is overpriced - the poutine, the burgers, the chicken... Not worth it in my opinion especially since Texas Burger and Retro Burger are reasonably close and way better food for less money. Read more

Burger was delicious, and the onion rings are the best I've ever had! With a great assortment of toppings, you can truly make your dream burger. There are many $1+ add-on such as cheese and bacon. It is a bit over-under in general. They should be more competitive with pricing ... because if having many other food options, especially if your looking for a good burger. Overall the restaurant is generally clean, and staff are decent. The new shamrock application for smart devices make it more enticing to a meal here. If the prices became competitive in the market, I would become a frequent customer. Read more

The Debit machine was filthy The employees forgot to add requested toppings on my burger Front door glass and handle looks like it has never been cleaned Fries were stale For what I got I felt that the small strawberry shake was overpriced. Just a sugary lackluster shake.

This is hands down the best burger I have ever had. The meat actually had so much flavour, unlike most other burgers places that give you ground beef burgers without anything else in the meat, this guys got something special. We had the burgers, fries and onion rings. The burgers and fries were excellent. The onion rings had way too much of their coating on them. It made them doughy. We will definitely return but, will not order the onion rings next time.
