Worst Experience and abysmal customer service - they ruined my little daughter’s birthday! I went to the Ajax store to order a custom ice cream cake for my daughter’s birthday, and they told me to order online instead. I did exactly that, paid for it, and got an email confirmation with ... the pick-up details. But when I showed up to get the cake, they told me they couldn't find my order because of some "glitch." They didn’t even try to help, just told me to contact their head office. Seriously? They completely ruined my daughter’s special day. We had no cake for her birthday party, even though I ordered and paid for it well in advance. This place is a joke. Don't trust them with your important events. I’m never going back. Read more

It’s NOT what it used to be. The freezers aren’t kept cold enough anymore, making the ice cream too soft—not the cold and refreshing treat you’re expecting. Shrinkflation is here; the scoops are underwhelming for the price. Just buy a tub of Kawartha Dairy.

This place has only gone downhill. I ordered a double dark chocolate scoop and the ice cream tasted like stale milk. Husband ordered a fudge brownie sundae and brownies were hard as rock and sitting on the bottom of the cup with really bad tasteless vanilla ice cream top ... with peanut which had a old oily weird taste to it.. dumped icecream outside the store and went to Baskin Robbins .. never coming back Read more

Terrible customer service frankly. Came here as my wife got a birthday coupon, and not only did it take 2 minutes for the employee to come out from the back to acknowledge us, she barely said two words to us when she did. Would it kill you to give a customer a ... “happy birthday”? Honestly, you check our ID and don’t even crack a smile? Terrible representation for this brand. Plain and simply rude. Read more

Delicious ice cream, with lots of flavour and cone options. Relatively clean. Our order took a long time, as there was only a single server, and each person’s order was meticulously weighed on a scale.
