Great, affordable food; beautiful clean and modern atmosphere. However, one of my 4 spring rolls was obviously pink in the middle. I sent it back with the waitress, and she returned with some story from the cook about a spice or veggie turning the meat pink as it cooked... as a ... friend pointed out afterward - why didn't the other 3 spring rolls look the same then? And really... would it have hurt them just to bring me another Spring roll? The rest was super good though. Read more

Call me a basic white girl, but this is Vietnamese food, not Thai, so I was a little disappointed walking in. However, the server was so friendly, the food delicious and with ginormous portions, and great prices. Barely over $50 for three of us WITH an appie and a bubble ... tea. The bubble tea was delicious, flavored lychee instead of pearls and so so many choices for the tea as well. Very clean and bright inside too. Read more

Love the sate beef noodle soup and the bubble tea. We had to return the spring rolls for new ones as they were pink inside. New better cooked ones came out with no hassle. We went back a second time, and again the spring rolls were pink inside (I even asked for ... them to be fried longer). Not sure we will be back. The lemongrass chicken in the vermicelli was dry and tasted like it was warmed up in a microwave. The young Asian girl waitress is very friendly and service is fast. Bottomless pop would be a nice idea. *update* The spring rolls are now perfect! Everything was very delicious. This is one of my favorite places to eat. Read more

Everytime I have been here the service has been friendly and quick. The chicken in the chicken beef bowl is sort of dry but other than that it is excellent. I like the bubble tea as well. The only thing that could use improvement is maybe a pop machine instead of ... bottles and cans only.. They are quite expensive for a drink and no refills. Read more

My first and only experience with this restaurant was awful. I came in as a single individual to have lunch and it was quiet. I was greeted at the counter by a nice girl and asked to find a seat which I did and a waiter came and quite literally ... tossed menu down on the table in front of me and walked away without a word. I looked around a noted a table with a family looking around confused and a little annoyed. A few minutes later another single gentleman came in and received the same greeting from the waiter, toss menu and walk away. I think I waited at least 15 minutes of trying to flag the waiter to at least take a drink order before giving up. The single gentleman who came in after me had already given up and walked out. When I left I made sure the waiter saw I was leaving, not a word was said by him. So whoever your 30-something Caucasian waiter is, he is awful and giving Thai Tai a bad reputation for terrible service. Thai Charm will continue to take my business. Read more
