We ordered food online, received the order confirmation and waited for two hours. When I finally got through to them by phone, they told me, that they shut down their system on their end and don't have my order. Then I was informed, that they will shut down in three days ... anyways, since I don't like any of the options they presented me with. The food here isn't really Thai and it is more like fast food style - so really overpriced for what it is. We order 6 different dishes, and most of them were too sweet (specially the ginger beef!). We also ordered the broccoli dish and it was undercooked. Would not ... recommend! Read more

Tried Thai Charm for the 1st time and both my wife & I were pleasantly surprised. We both got a meal for 1 and could only eat 1/2. Rice, 2 choices & a sring roll for $15.50. A big eater that's a solid meal, light eaters will get 2 meals ... out of a dinner for one order. We will defeniently be making this our place to go in Airdrie for Chinese food. When picking up, the dining room was clean and nice, nothing fancy but nice enough I wouldn't hesitate to go dine in with the family.
