Papa John’s Pizza - Airdrie, Alberta

We have ordered from the Sierra Springs location for several years now and we have never been disappointed. Just recently we ordered carry out by accident and when we called to check our mistake, they willingly offered to have our pizza delivered to our home. We appreciated that so much.

Ordered quickly for a roadtrip and it was done within 10 minutes! Great service by Pulkit and it was a short enough wait that everyone was done at the same time which is a bonus! Budget friendly pizza and super cheesy!!

Not sure if this was supposed to be a joke but I ordered take out last night and recieved a third pizza of sorts (pic below) I am guessing the driver helped him/herself to a pizza and then decided I should deal with their garbage. Also the tracker didn’t work, took a ... lot longer than the website said, and did not listen to delivery instructions. VERY disgusted and disappointed. First and last time ordering from them. Ordered through a large pizza through the application, the app show’d no sauce on the pizza when it should have been extra sauce; so called the location. OMG the service here is just pathetic! The person who answered the phone could barely understand english. He couldn’t confirm the order ... using an order number, so I placed another order. He said he couldn’t see the order. I asked to speak with a manager, he said there wasn’t one working there. I asked if there’s anyone else I can speak with, who won’t ask me how I placed the order 5 times. He said no, there’s no one else working there. He asked for a phone number to call me back. I left my number, no call back after 20 minutes. Just pathetic service! Large half pepperoni half spicy sausage. Enough pepperoni for every bite without paying extra. A bit dry, thin. Spicy sausage is spicy, small sausage for every bite. Good presentation just lacking something. The Gluten free pizza was much better. Chicken did not have adequate sauce at all, almost naked. Good ... enough, not the full papa experience. Read more
