I wish i could give zero star. Me and my husband visited today evening . We ordered a zinger burger and they just gave in seconds . Later when i opened on my way the chicken was stale and hard to even chew . Bread was stale as well. The ... girl at the cash counter had some attitude for her customers. Order took way too long to arrive. Driver left it outside the door and didn’t knock. Called to ask where the order was and said it was delivered. Employee who took my order was talking in a foreign language on her phone the entire time she was taking my order. And as if that wasn't already unprofessional enough she gave my 3 lids for my 4 cups and I had to awkwardly interrupt her heated phone call to ... ask for the correct amount of lids. The last two times we visited for take out were extremely disappointing. First of the two, our order included a bucket of all white meat, when we got home after paying extra we found it was just a regular bucket. The last time we went, when I attempted ... to point this out, the cashier said, “ya, ya, ya”. Then rolled their eyes. I did reach out to KFC on their website with more details about these visits, and requested that they contact me. After two weeks, no contact. I will never return to this location again. UPDATE MARCH 6 2024 Well no change here except they must be losing so much business they have to rip off there customers with half full fries. A large fry the size of a small good job KFC you guys really know how not to run a establishment. GROSS! Order took too ... long, in the picture you can see a hot wing they were good but beside it is a gross old piece of chicken. Look how dark it is, it was like it was sitting in a bucket of oil for 2 days. Me and my family had one bite each and ended up throwing the whole bucket in the garbage.
