Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt - Airdrie, Alberta

This was hands down the worst Menchie's I've been to in CANADA! if I could leave 0 stars I could. My skin was crawling just being inside because of how dirty and unsanitary the environment was. You could see it. Smell it. Feel it. The selections and toppings were a ... joke. Broken machines and plenty of empty topping bowls. Please shut this location now or get a whole new set of management and employees top to bottom. What a disgrace..would never go back even if the frogurt was FREE! Read more

The sign said it opened at 11 however when we got there at 1 the doors were locked. When a worker finally got there we had to wait 15 mins for him to start the machines as nothing was on, and grab all the toppings ( the worker also disappeared ... to the back for an additional 10 before starting them).The bathrooms were really gross and one was out of order ( according to other reviews it has been for quite some time ) they had about 5 flavours and very empty toppings. I went there for a birthday when I was a kid and it has definitely gone way down hill. Not sure what happened and why it’s so sketchy and lame now but definitely wouldn’t go back. Read more

Literally just left and by far the worst location. Store clerk is on her phone the whole time. Toppings are either stale or empty and very limited selection. Hire better people to run your store. Your stock should always be full and not have stake products out on your shelf.

The place had like 4 options of flavors to pick from. Barely any topping options. The so called chocolate sauce was runny. And when I tasted my froyo after having paid (cause couldn't try earlier which most shops offer) I realized, these have been diluted with water. None of them ... had any flavor or taste. Was not impressed. Only a few flavours of frozen yogurt. Dispensing machines didn’t work well. Minimal toppings (stale). One bathroom out of service, and in the other the faucet didn’t work. My grandchildren were then told they could wash their bathroom hands behind the counter where food prep/cleaning gets done. ... Yuck! Debit machine seemed faulty. Signage lights outside didn’t work properly. All in all just a sad place. Read more
