Good Earth Coffeehouse & Bakery - Airdrie, Alberta

It's been a while since I've been here and it hasn't changed much. Still very few vegan options, Only three muffins and a soup. Turmeric Latte was not very good - had to add a lot of sugar. Wouldn't order it again. The guy behind the counter didn't seem too thrilled to ... be there. I was the only one at the counter, checking out the food for a bit, and he couldn't be bothered to greet me. I really love their chocolate twist. I also got a Chai latte, it's okay but not a lot of flavor, tastes more like warm milk with froth on top. My husband got the breakfast power bowl and he loved it. Very healthy ingredients, great taste! Embogo coffee was very ... good as well. Service was okay. Person decided to fill the milk for the coffee and answer the phone before serving us and we practically had to announce we were there. We were the only ones in line. Update: I really wish they wouldn't close the store for delivery. The last time I went I was second in line and it took 25 minutes to get a pastry and a coffee. I have been there many times with friends and family. The food is good and so is the tea or smoothie. Lately though, the new person working has his headphones on all the time, and only removes one side when serving us, also not very friendly/welcoming.

$11.50 for a coffee in a takeaway cup and brownie. The brownie was at least a day old and dry as the Sahara desert. I would’ve said something but the queue was large and I’m not one to make a scene. The WiFi is extremely slow and barely useable. Service ... took absolutely ages and the servers blatantly had their headphones on and did as little as possible to engage with their customers. I ordered medium cappuccino and this is what I got. Cup was half empty and server was rude. She was a girl with braces. She didn't even interact or say anything. I think i should move my business somewhere else. Staff is so racist don't know why. Paying the same ... amount as everyone does. So why this kind of behavior. I love good earth coffee because of the location in Banff. but this location in airdrie was my daily routine and sometimes I sat there and finish my work with the coffee. Unfortunately from last couples of recent trips having really strange behaviours from barista. Will definitely not recommend this place to any of my known. Racist and unprofessional employees.
