I placed an order online gave my debit information waited for a confirmation never got nothing so I went over to the drive-through told them who I was and they said no they didn’t receive my order but I get charged $.50 for placing that order and Mary Brown’s ... refused to refund The $.50 I know it sounds stupid. It’s only $.50 but why did I get charged that and no one will answer the chicken was so dry. I think they made it four hours before I got it. Very good fried chicken from here. Had the chicken tenders, and they are quite tasty! Decent french fries, as well. The wait time for our food was a bit long, but not a huge wait. Mary Browns Chicken has amazing customer service at this location.. I entered this location for the first time and was very surprised with there customer service.. the gentleman at the front counter welcomed me as did the smiling face from the kitchen as she waved.. the gentleman at the counter was ... very friendly and helpful.. he save me a few dollars when he suggested that I should order a family pack instead of the way I was ordering.. most people wouldn't of bothered to explain but he did.. It's nice to see a location care about the people they serve The location it self was very clean as well as there restrooms..
