Service was good. Staff were friendly. Food was good. They were tolerant with the grand kids.

They have an older lady that works here that was incredibly rude to me and my toddler. No consideration for making any effort to accommodate kids. Steer clear of this one, your mouth ey is better spent at McDonalds

Omg! I always have a bad experience at this location, the service is so bad! The employees are so rude. Every-time I go I always have something to complain about but this time they really upset me. I went to buy a cake for my moms birthday I literally didn’t know ... which one to pick, so I kept the door of the freezer opened for like 2 minutes! And this old lady was like “hurry up you are ruining the temperature of my freezer” like I was literally just making sure there was nothing wrong with the cake that’s all. Then I tell her if she can please write happy birthday and she just walked away, please make sure your employees are more professional with their service, I know is a fast food restaurant but always have respect and communication is key for costumer service. Our family uses this Dairy Queen often. I feel like the staff here are some of the best for a fast food establishment. They are kind, hard working and usually busy when we drop in. I like that the food is always fresh and good quality. ... We've had some small issues with our orders time to time but they are quick and happy to fix it right away. Had been a customer at this DQ for a number of years in the past decade. The restaurant has been really modernized in the timeline. It's always really clean where we eat unlike other restaurants such as McDonalds across the street from this location. Wouldn't completely give it a 5 ... star because of a number of ordering issues we've had at this location. Staff seem to screw up our order more often causing one of us not to get a meal, and often being charged for the missing items. Encourage the management to fix this before my next visit but overall good experience. Read more
