The juicer being “broken” for more than a month is a little silly. I went there the beginning of February and again on the 5th. I walked in to an extremely rude customer yelling and berating the young lady behind the counter. She handled herself well, and both her and the other girl apologized to everyone else in the store. Not sure what his problem was but to get that mad over a smoothie is ridiculous. ... Kudos to the staff for handling themselves well. Customer service was great, smoothies always delicious. Dirty, broken bathroom. Needs reno or repair. Workers wouldnt use my reusable cup, and couldnt explain why. It was very weird. They sell reusable cups. Seriously. Ope, manager just came out. They were kind, and informed me and their workers that they only refill their own reusable cups- a bad policy but ... not the managers or workers fault. Smarten up owners/boosterjuice. Being environmentally friendly shouldnt be such a painful experience and certainly shouldnt require me to buy your cheap plastic reusible cups. Read more
