This was our 3rd time here and we tried to give it the benefit of the doubt. The service is terrible every time, even when there is only a few people in the restaurant. We waited over an hour for our food. We ordered 30 wings (wing Wednesday) and spinach ... dip. When the spinach dip came out it was cold. You’d think you would staff properly at least once. UPDATED - Emailed the person below on their email address provided twice and still no reply!!! I guess they just try to do this to make it look like they are responding to complaints! Ordered take out on Thursday night for the second time. Had asked for the fries to be ... put in a box just like the rest of the food instead of the open paper since it doesn’t contain the heat. Nope didn’t listen and got home with stone cold fries again. Tried calling 3 times that night but no answer. Shame because we are regulars every month and ordered take out because it was our anniversary and couldn’t dine in that night. Won’t be returning for cold food again. Read more

Food with solid with wide variety of solid options, and the team was willing to explore different combinations for you. Along with this the service was great, with our waitress being awesome. She was quite attentive and caring but not overbearing and gave us time to have a conversation while still ... making sure that we were still taking care of. Burger was no different than Mc's if you take out the stamp on the bun. some of the fries tasted like ROTTEN. The staff only cared about tables with more people. Very unprofessional and disorganized. Super disappointed in The Brewhouse Airdrie. Last night we were there for a gathering and I had a Caesar salad. I wanted that very same salad again tonight so I ordered through skip the dishes. I ordered a kids meal for my son as well. When this arrived, naturally I thought because ... of how little food there is that they sent me a side salad by mistake. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager who ‘checked with the kitchen manager’ and then proceeded to tell me that this is a full size salad and that I ‘actually probably got more’ than what fits in a bowl. He offered an appy the next time I’m in the restaurant but what I wanted was a meal tonight. For $17.49 + $4.99 for chicken, they can do better. Read more
