Had good experiences in the past and have been returning for years. However, went this morning and was extremely dissapointed. Firstly, the website hours states that this location opens at 11 am on Sunday. We went at 11:45 am on Sunday and their was no one there. We went back ... at noon and there was only one worker present. For years we have used Air Miles redemption coupons at this location without any issues. Today, we tried to use our coupons that we redemed from the Air MIles website yesterday (day before). The worker had absolutely NO IDEA what we were talking about. We had to repeat 'Air MIles' about 20 times. We then showed her the digital coupons and she attemped to redeem them after taking our order. It didn't work and she couldn't explain to us why it wasn't working. We asked her if she could contact a manager and she said one wasn't available at this time. We tried to scan it again, it didn't work so we asked her to contact a manager again. This time she did, and the manager told her that they were no longer accepting AIr Miles and haven't been for the past year. We have redeemed Air Miles from this location within the past year AND the Kernels Air MIles coupons are STILL available to redeem to this present day. We are extremely dissapointed as this worker had no idea what we were talking about and was unable to help us. We don't understand how the coupons are available and can be redeemed but suddenly not used. This was not good service and very dissapointing as it wasted our time and the time of many other customers who were waiting in line. Read more
The manager is super friendly and always recommends the best popcorn for any occasion. I meant to post this review sooner but never had the chance. I hope the company treats her well as she is always on top of her game.
Super friendly staff every time we stop in for a fix. This time it was “rainbow popcorn” for my toddler. She was super happy with her choice!
