It’s NYE and were all thinking about our plans for tonight! Have you ever considered thinking about what to do for breakfast on New Years morning? It is a Holiday so most of us have the day off. .
We all hate having to get up early on New Years morning, so its safe to say you wont make it to Mcdonalds by 11am for a Breakfast Sandwich. So here are your best bets for those of you getting up after 11 but still want Breakfast/Brunch!
Abigail’s Party
Abigail’s makes it onto my favourites list for three reasons – a creative menu, cozy ambience and friendly staff. Although I know this spot is popular with the neighbourhood locals, I think Abigail’s may be overlooked by others as a breakfast destination. Their loss. I recommend the “California Benedict” See Menu

The Red Wagon
The menu items are very well put together – classic dishes with modern elements. I wasn’t able to try everything but I chose the Pulled Pork Benny , which was amazing. The Pulled Pork Pancakes with Jack Daniels maple syrup also looked very good, and the Crisp Pork Belly with salsa verde and hollandaise was something I was eyeing down. I think its safe to say I like Pork! Menu

Beachside Forno
The Menu has a few highlights, I’m always up for a non-traditional take on a benny, and my Roasted Wild Mushroom Benny was just that. But I think they’ve really hit their sweet spot with their Breakfast Pizza concoctions. Today’s special was chorizo, provolone, topped with an herb egg scramble is also a great dish.
